We aim to ship your order from our warehouse within 2 days after the order has been placed.
I have chosen regular shipping but my track & trace number is not working, what do I do?
Sometimes you will be redirected to DHL e-commerce instead of DHL parcel. This is why your track & trace is not working most of the time. You can track your order here

Is this website owned by Salty Aura?
No, we are an independent company. We do work together with Salty Aura and are their only reseller in Europe at the moment.
Why are not all Salty Aura rugs available on Salty Vibes?
Salty Aura has only just expanded to Europe so we are building it up slowly.

What are the rugs made from? What are you doing to be more environmentally conscious?
Most designs are made with a cotton and polyester blend. In 2020 Salty Aura is introducing 100% recycled cotton designs, and they want to phase out the polyester blended rugs. All our rugs are shipped to us loosely in cardboard boxes, saving thousands of plastic bags. They are then posted to you in 100% biodegradable compostable bags.
